3 samples of residential roofs we have removed and replaced with new. 

1. We removed the existing fire damaged roof and replaced it with a new asphalt shingle roof.
2. We replaced the existing 50+ years old torched down roof with a new TPO (thermoplastic Polyolefin) roof. This is a single ply roof material composed of three layers. 
3. We replaced the existing 40+ years old partially torched down and part shingle roof with a new asphalt shingle roof.
4. All rotted or water damaged structure under the old roofing material was removed & replaced with new marine plywood for all three roofs. 
5. Installed new metal flushing on all hips and valleys as well as all new metal drip edges around the perimeter of all roofs. All penetrations through the roof (venting pipes and brick chimneys etc) were properly tied into the new roof; and waterproofed with addition of metal flashing. 
6. Gutters and downspouts were cleaned out, repaired and/or replaced where needed.
