We remodeled an entire first floor of a house. Main features of the home remodel included:

1. New kitchen and dining room. 
2. New plumbing, electrical, HVAC & and ran new gas line for the gas stove.
3. Enlarged opening from dining to living room, including all new drywall in kitchen and dining room.
4. Installed new French doors to the back deck. Created opening on exterior wall and add installed a second set of French doors to the back deck from another main floor room.
5. New kitchen and dining room windows.
6. Installed custom made kitchen cabinets & Installed custom made bench and seating in the dining area. 
7. Refinished the existing hardwoods in the living room area. Installed new hardwood flooring in all remaining areas to blend in as close as possible.
8. Installed new wood base, door and window casings, and mill works. 
9. Painted entire main floor, all walls, and ceilings and millwork.
10. Roof repairs, exterior siding, trim, installation of window and door casings, and painting.
