Built a new composite timbertech deck, wood railings and stairs on the exterior area. Main features of the remodel included:

1. Removed all existing pavers, vegetation and unsafe wood makeshift steps. Installed all groundworks and drainage for the new deck.
2. Added gravel, compacted gravel, and added water membrane prior to installation of joists for deck structure.
3. Installed new treated joists for exterior decking structure and framed a long set of steps from the upper deck area to the lower back lawn area,  for a safer and less steep slope. 
4. Added new composite trex material on the back deck, small countertop, and on the stair treads.
5. New small counter around edge of deck for drinks and food when entertaining.
6. Painted the posts, counter trim, and the vertical risers for the steps white.
