A fire in the home lead us to replace all fire damaged areas of the home, and customer decided to remodel other parts of the home at the same time. Highlights of this full home remodel project included.

1. Removed all fire damage works and deep cleansed the home to remove all smoke & odors. 
2. Replaced wood framed structural work, and replaced doors and framed walls that were damaged in the fire.
3. Removed all infill ceiling insulation from the home.
4. Decommissioned all electrical and installed all new electrical.
5. We sprayed white Shellac/Fire retardant paint over all framing, walls and ceiling joists, and over all exposed wood inside of the ceiling and under the roof structure.
6. Removed fire damaged roof and replaced with a complete new roof.
7. New drywall on walls and ceilings where needed, drywall repair of all other areas of in the house.
8. Installed new wall and ceiling insulation.
9. Installed new wood base trim, doors,  and door casings throughout the home.
10. Painted all walls, ceilings and mill work throughout the home.
11. Installed new LVP flooring on parts of the house and new carpet in all other floor areas.
