Brief scope for this full home remodel project included:-

1. New heating system for the home
2. New plumbing, electrical and HVAC works.
3. Injected exterior wall insulation (cut holes in drywall from the inside around all 4 exterior walls of the house).
4. Installed custom cabinets for kitchen and both bathroom vanity cabinet units.
5. Remodeled two bathrooms, including new tile work etc., all new wall hardware, quartz counters, lighting, and plumbing fixtures.
6. Full kitchen remodel including removal of wall between existing kitchen & living room.
7. We removed all carpets , sanded and refinished existing wood floors under the carpets, refinished existing hardwoods in dining and living room area, removed laminate and installed new hardwoods in the kitchen, to unify all areas throughout the house. matched as close as possible. 
8. Installed new quartz slab on kitchen and on both bathroom counters.
9. Installed all new interior doors, and frames, & pocket door, and barn door.
10. Installed new base boards, door casings and other mill work around the entire home.
11. Painted entire interior of house, walls, and ceiling, including all new doors, frames, and other mill works.
