We did a partial remodel on a kitchen and laundry room area; and full remodel on a bathroom. Highlights of the project included:

1. We kept existing tub in bathroom and refinished the tub white; and new shower fixtures, fan, vanity cabinet unit, toilet, mirror and lighting.
2. New black and white mosaic hex tiles on the bathroom floor. New subway tiles on tub walls and continued subway tiles as a tiled wainscoting outside the tub area.
3. New larger format size porcelain hex tiles on kitchen floor, and continued same tile from kitchen into laundry room floor and steps.
4. We kept existing cabinets in the kitchen (customer may paint and/or change out hardware later), and removed counters and replaced with quartz slab counters and subway tiles on the splash (same quartz counter and tiled splash in the laundry room).
5. We moved laundry sink location & tidied up exposed plumbing pipes and venting & made support structure for side by side washer and dryer, with quartz counter/clothes folding surface on top. We installed upper cabinets for extra storage space.
6. Drywall repair and painting on all three areas.
