Large Master bathroom and adjoining powder room in the Lake City Way area. Highlights of the project included:-

1. We converted the existing bedroom to a large shower & tub room with a large walk-in closet.
2. We converted the existing master bathroom to a powder room (removed the existing shower from this room).
3. The adjoining living room area was now converted to the new master bedroom.
4. New framing for a new walk-in closet and door to the new master bathroom.
5. New plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work.
6. Custom Tile work on new large size combined walk in shower and tub area. Mosaic tiles on the shower/tub pan area.
7. New chevron pattern and style tiles installed on the main bathroom floor areas outside the shower area.
8. New drywall work and other misc. mill works.
