We remodeled the exterior of a 1927 house in the Greenwood area. Main features of the remodel included:

  1. Front and Side lawns – removed existing bushes, vegetation, lawns, and installed new sod lawns with black metal edging around perimeter and black pebbles. We also ran exterior LED lighting around all the lawns and pathways in front of and back of the house.
  2. New fences - We added new cedar wood fencing at front, side and back of the house, primed white and painted blue color, to match the new house color.
  3. Stone paths – Groundworks and soil removal, added formwork and poured concrete installed “Pennsylvania blue stone” pavingin front and side of the house and on new stairs.
  4. Stone walls – removed stone wall at side and back of house, added formwork to build new concrete walls and stairs, installed new vertical “Pennsylvania blue stone” over the new concrete walls with black stone caps.
  5. Painted exterior of the house blue (original color light green) – we power washed, scraped, caulked, primed white exposed wood siding, and then painted the house. Repainted white all exterior wood trim.
