We remodeled a bathroom in the Magnolia area. Highlights of the project included:

1. We removed the entire bathroom, including the existing swing in the door. Framed in and installed a new pocket door to create more space in the bathroom and easier access into the shower. 
2. New plumbing, electrical, and HVAC works.
3. We build a new custom tiled shower and tiled shower pan with a pony wall to adjoin the tub.
4. We installed a new tub and tiled around the tub up to the adjoining pony wall height.
5. Built-in niches for both tub and the shower with deco tiles on the back of niches.
6. Installed new wood paneling as a wainscoting around all areas outside the tub and shower.
7. New drywall on walls. & Custom painted walls, ceiling, skylight opening, pocket door & and frame, wood paneling and other mill work. 
8. Installed new light fixtures, mirror and vanity cabinet unit.
9. Custom measured, fabricated and installed new quartz stone slab on the vanity counter, shower curb and pony wall caps to match. 
10. Custom Heavy duty glass & clamps for a frameless shower door and glass panel over the pony wall.
