We remodeled kitchen, dining and living room areas and exterior works for a home in the Phinney Ridge area. Highlights of the project included:-

1. We removed the existing kitchen, a small powder bathroom and all old wood flooring.
2. We removed side wall of kitchen to the existing hallway to the back deck, to enlarge the footprint of the kitchen.
3. We removed the exterior door and stairs to the back deck relative to #2) above, and then added new exterior door and stairs in the dining room. 
4. Some structural work was needed in the existing powder room area, including addition of a new beam and posts.
5. New plumbing, electrical, and HVAC works.
6. New insulation on the exposed exterior walks, and new drywall work. (insulation on exterior walks?)
7. Installed new kitchen windows and new front entry door. 
8. Installed kitchen and dining room custom cabinets, and large stove hood unit to match the cabinets.
9. Quartz slab on counters, backsplash and on the area below the stove hood vent.
10. Installed all new hardwood floors, sanded with three coats Swedish finish. 
11. Installed new door and window casings, and new wood base trim & mill works.
12. Painted walls, ceilings, and all mill work.
13. Siding repair, exterior wood trim works and paint on the exterior, where the existing back door and windows were removed.
