Exterior works on home in the Greenwood area. Main features of the remodel included:

1. Back Deck – removed existing deck and bushes, supplied, sanded and applied clear coat sealer to all new cedar wood material, prior to cut and installation. We added new posts and beams and extended out the deck 2’ to make the footprint larger. New cedar wood railing, stairs and handrails. For the upper deck we installed composite timbertech flooring. Under the deck we created a large, covered area for storing exterior furniture in the winter. Cedar wood lattice was added on all sides and with a matching lattice door to access the area. 
2. Pergola – Ground works, cedar posts and concrete pads preparation to create open structure with exposed cedar roof joists and black metal roof, gutter and downspout. We built a raised platform with timbertech flooring material to match the upper deck.
3. Sauna – Groundworks and poured concrete pad to set sauna kit on. We assembled the sauna kit and ran electrical for the heater unit. Stained to protect the exterior pine wood walls.
4. Front Deck – We installed new posts and railings with 1”x1” pickets, all painted white to create a more craftsman and traditional look. We added timbertech composite flooring on the deck & stairs to match the other exterior areas.
