We remodeled bathroom in the Ballard area. Highlights of the project included:

1. We removed existing tub, vanity, and toilet, and gutted the room down to studs and sub-floor.
2. New plumbing and tub, toilet, and pedestal sink, electrical, and HVAC works.
3. Custom measured and installed new cabinet tower unit at the end of tub, created opening on the floor for laundry chute to basement below, and electrical outlets added inside the unit for electric toothbrush/other.
4. We installed tiles around tub, with built-in tiled niche & new larger size hex tiles on the bath floor and tiled base trim.
5. All new drywall, wall paint, ceiling, and millwork.
6. Installed new light fixtures, mirror, and other wall hardware.
7. Installed custom made “Barn door style” sliding shower door over the tub.
