- BSC Quantity Surveying (Construction Management) – Limerick, Ireland – 1998-1992.

- MBA T-Rex award winner 2017 (For bathroom remodel project).

- Over 25 years experience in estimating and project management within the construction industry, 22 of which years in the Seattle and surrounding areas.
Marcus Curtis, Lead Project Manager
- Joined our Construction and Management team February 2016.
- With many years in the construction industry hands on, Marcus is very skilled and knowledgeable and can help out on site to support other trades as a superintendent on jobs, as and when needed.
- Over 28 years experience total in construction and project management over his career.
- On my time off, I enjoy spending time with my two sons and family, and taking my mother out to lunch.
Veronica Linares, Office & Operations Manager
- Joined our Construction and Management team June 2016.
- Clear NRG – residential remodel company 2014-2016.
- BIG Construction – Roofing and remodeling company 2011 – 2014
- CWU class of 2010.
- I enjoy hiking with my dog, and the great outdoors in this wonderful city and surrounding areas.
Andrei Ou - Lead Tile Installer
- Skilled in all aspects of tile and stone installations.
- Also handles some other aspects of construction remodel works, as and when needed.
- I have a great work ethic; very friendly and enjoys talking with the customers.
- Enjoys playing and watching soccer, and the great Seattle outdoors and activities to include hiking, fishing and kayaking in his spare time.
